Strawberry cake




  • 1 glass sugar
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp ground coffee
  • 3 eggs
  • 175 g sour cream
  • 1.5 glass flour
  • 50 g dairy butter
  • baking powder


  • 1 tin of condensed milk (500g)
  • 150 g dairy butter
  • 100 g ground walnuts
  • 30 g marchpane mass
  • lemon rind
  • 1tsp rum


Mix sugar, cacao powder and ground coffee. Add eggs and sour cream. Mix the ingredients. Add flour and baking powder gradually. Knead the pastry. Melt the dairy butter and add to the pastry. Pour the pastry in the baking tray and bake it over low heat for 25-30 minutes.


Boil condensed milk for 1 hour. Add marchpane mass, dairy butter, ground walnuts, lemon rind, and rum. Whip everything properly.

Cut the baked cake into 3 shortcakes. Grease them with cream. Powder the cake with ground walnuts. Place fresh strawberries above and around the cake.
