- 1/3 cup of strawberry (cut)
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2/3 glass of sugar
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/2 glass of milk
- 1 1/2 cup of yoghurt
- 2 tbsp of cream
Put cut strawberry, lemon juice and sugar in the middle pan. Boil the ingredients over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely. Use the masher to grind the strawberry. Turn off the fire and left the mass for 10 minutes. Then add milk, cream, and yoghurt. Mix everything thoroughly. Place the ice-cream in the fridge for 90 minutes.
The pour the ice-cream in the ice-cream machine and cook it for 20-25 minutes.

Tip! It is advisable to eat the dessert in the very day when you cook it. The ice-cream will become glacial if you leave it in the fridge for more than 8 hours.
