- 800 g (28 oz) sugar
- 300 ml water
- 1 kg (35 oz) wild strawberries
Wash strawberries and pour them in the boiling sugar syrup (dissolve sugar in the 300 ml of water and bring it to boil). Boil strawberries until they become soft. Press them. Pour cooked jam in the jars. Cork up the jars hermetically, turn them up and cool.
