Strawberry smoothie

Do you want to start your day with a tender and refreshing strawberry cocktail? Strawberry smoothies are a breeze to make. By using only four ingredients, you will get a summer in your glass in 5 minutes.


  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 500 g (1,1 lb) yoghurt
  • 100 g (3,5 oz) ice cubes
  • 800 g (5 cups) strawberry


Wash strawberries carefully, place them in a blender and whip. Then add yoghurt, lemon juice and sugar. Toss in ice cubes. Blend the mixture for the second time until creamy and smooth. Pour the prepared smoothie in glass tumblers and serve!
