Stuffed Eggs with Chicken Liver

All you need to do is to boil eggs and then stuff them with a tender filling which includes grated yolks, boiled liver and chopped bulb onion. As you see everything is simple. Ingredients:

  • 10 eggs
  • 150 g (5 oz) liver
  • 30 g (1 oz) bulb onion
  • 100 g (3,5 oz) dairy butter
  • black ground pepper – to taste
  • parsley twigs – to taste
  • dill twigs – to taste
  • salt – to taste

Cooking

Hard boil eggs and peel them. Slice cold eggs in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks. Boil liver, drain, chill, and then mince. Peel a bulb onion and chop it finely. Combine the liver, onion, melted dairy butter and grated yolks. Salt and pepper the mass. Stir it until smooth. Stuff the egg halves with the prepared filling. Arrange the eggs on a serving plate and decorate them with dill and parsley twigs.
