- 6 eggs
- 300 ml milk
- 250 ml beer
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 300 g (10,5 oz) rye bread
- salt – to taste
- white ground pepper – to taste
- culinary plants
Whip eggs with sugar. Then mix them with beer. Bring milk to boil and add a mixture of egg and beer.
Cube bread and fry it on a frying pan slightly. Add rusks to the soup.
Taste and adjust salt, pepper, and culinary plants to your liking.
Serve sweet beer soup hot.
