Pear jelly

Ingredients: 1 kg of pears 2.5 glasses of sugar Cooking Buy ripe pears, wash the fruits, remove the seeds and hard parts (usually the parts around the seeds) and cut the pears finely. Transfer them to a pan, pour water above to cover the fruits completely and boil until they become soft. Cool the mass, grate it through a metallic grater and boil over medium heat till necessary thickness. Add sugar at the end of boiling. Pour hot fruit jelly in jars.
