Potaptsi (open sandwiches) with tomatoes

Potapsi are Ukrainian open sandwiches. The Kozaks ate potaptsi as a chaser for vodka. Actually the recipe of this dish appeared thanks to Ukrainian Kozaks. They melted thin slices of salo in the griddle and then fried bread there. Afterwards they put a slice of salo above the bread and topped it with squeezed garlic and chopped parsley/dill. There are more recipes of potatsi now. I would like to share with one of them.
