Sour milk – is a widespread milk drink in Ukraine. Its systematic usage strengthens your nervous system, improves metabolism and digestion.
- 1000 ml of milk
- 2 tbsp of kefir
Boil milk, cool it and pour in a jar. Add kefir, stir the mixture and cover the jar with a lid. Put it in a warm place for 8 hours. Then tranfer the jar to a fridge to let the drink cool for some time.
Serve the prepared sour milk with sugar and rye rusks.

Tip! You may also impart some flavor to the drink and add such aromatic additives as vanillin, cinnamon, honey, etc. The choice depends on your taste.
