Tomato pie



  • 4-6 cherry tomatoes / 1 tomato
  • 50-55 g (2 oz) cheese
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 250 g (1/2 lb) non-yeasted laminated dough
  • butter
  • a bunch of parsley
  • salt – to taste
  • ground black pepper – to taste


Wash tomatoes and parsley. Chop parsley and cut tomatoes into 4 parts. Grate cheese.

Grease a round baking sheet with butter. Stretch non-yeasted laminated dough in a form of a rectangle. Put cheese above. Then add parsley and tomatoes. Sprinkle pie with olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Form a roll.

Then place the tomato pie on the baking sheet rolling it as a snake. You may also cut the roll into 7-8 pieces and place them on the baking sheet.

Bake the tomato pie for 20 minutes.
