Read some rules of cooking vegetables in order to get tasty and healthy salad.

Boil vegetables separately. It is desirable to choose vegetables which have the same size.

The time of boiling eggs for salad – 10 minutes.

Boil string beans and peas in strongly boiling and salted water.

It is advisable to peel potato, beetroot, and carrot when they are warm. Let them cool after the peeling.

Do not mix warm and cold products.

Keep salad in the fridge for 1.5-2 hours. The salad loses its qualities if you keep it after that time.

Make “decorations” from those products which are the ingredients of the salad. The exception can be dill, parsley, and celery.

Wash dill and cucumbers before serving. In other case they spoil and lose their odour quickly.
