Appetizer “Tulips”

Ingredients:

  • 300 g soft cheese
  • 7 tomatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 30 g spring onion
  • 20 g sorrel
  • 200 g shrimps
  • 200 g mayonnaise
  • 10 g garlic
  • 1 fresh cucumber
  • salt – to taste
  • black ground pepper – to taste

Cooking

Cut tomatoes with crosswise incision and take out the core with the help of the spoon. Then pour the vegetables with boiling water. Cube cucumber, cheese, and boiled eggs. Cut the shrimps into two parts. Squeeze the garlic, combine it with mayonnaise and other ingredients.

Stuff the tomatoes with the cooked mass.
