Vegetable marrows with meat



  • 200 g meat (flesh)
  • 2 vegetable marrows
  • 1/3 glass rice
  • 1 bulb onion
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp dairy butter



Boil rice, grind meat and combine the ingredients.

Peel vegetable marrows, cut each across into 4-5 parts. Remove the core and the seeds. Boil the vegetable marrows in salted water until they become half cooked. Then pour out water. Place the vegetables on the frying pan and stuff them with the filling.

Boil dairy butter with tomato sauce, sour cream, and flour dissolved in 1 glass of water. Salt the vegetable marrows. Pour them with cooked sauce and bake for 35-40 minutes.

Powder the vegetable marrows with dill before serving.
