If you like seafood, then try to make the boiled crawfish with white wine and tomato juice. You will definitely like it and your soulmate will appreciate and ask you to cook such delicious crayfish more and more.
- 1 kg crayfish
- 200 ml water
- 1/2 l of dry white wine
- 1/2 l of tomato juice
- 2 tbsp dairy butter
- 5 bay leaves
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 bulb onion
- 1/2 tbsp spices (to your taste)
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 dill bunch
- 2 tbsp salt
- lemon juice – to taste
Peel a bulb onion. Then bring water to boil in a pan and add the onion. Let it seethe for a couple of minutes.
Take out the onion. Pour wine and put crayfish in the pan. When the water brings to boil, add tomato juice, dairy butter, bay leaves, cinnamon, spices, chopped dill, and salt. Mix the ingredients and boil them for 10 minutes.
Peel and squeeze garlic. Put it in the pan. Turn off the fire and leave the crayfish for 10-15 minutes.
Serve the crayfish hot and poured with lemon juice before the repast.
