Cherry babka (cake)

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of cherries
  • 1/2 glass of cream
  • 5 eggs
  • 6 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/4 glass of flour
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 20 g of dairy butter
  • 1 tbsp of flour

Cooking

Grate sugar with yolks and cream carefully. Pour flour into the mass slowly. Wash cherries and mash them. After add cinnamon. Toss the prepared pastry and the cherry mass. Take a baking tray, grease it with dairy butter, dredge with flour and pour the batter above. Bake the cake in an oven over medium heat for about an hour.
