Warm salad with piquant beef and bell pepper


Once you taste this warm beef salad with bell pepper and onion, you won't be able to stop eating it.


  • 400 g (0,9 lb) top round beef
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ground chili
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1/4 tsp ground paprika
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 bulb onion
  • lettuce leaves

Salad dressing

  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • salt – to taste
  • 1 tsp fresh ground ginger
  • 1 tsp coriander


Peel and squeeze garlic. Add chilli, pepper, sugar, salt, and lemon juice. Stir everything thoroughly. Wash beef and cut it into thin slices. Place the beef in the prepared marinade. Mix the ingredients and leave the meat for 15-20 minutes. Let’s cook salad dressing. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, ginger, coriander and salt. Whip everything by the help of a fork.

Peel a bulb onion and cut it into semi-circles. Wash and slice a bell pepper. Preheat sunflower oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion for 3-4 minutes. Add the pepper and fry until it becomes soft (5-7 minutes). Place the prepared vegetables on a plate. Take the bowl with meat and pour out the marinade. Fry the beef over high heat. Then add the vegetables and heat them slightly. Place lettuce leaves on a plate and put the hot salad above. Pour everything with salad dressing.
