Watermelon and Lemon Juice

This tasty watermelon juice can be served both for children and adults.

It is very useful since contains a lot of vitamins and useful minerals. There is so much good stuff in here that it makes you feel very healthy. Plus, you can cook it quickly and easily.

If you decide to cook this light juice as a refreshing drink you can add some ice cubes. Serve this bright juice your family members on a hot summer day and they will be pleasantly surprised.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 4 mint twigs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 900 g (2 lb) watermelon

Cooking

Combine sugar and lemon juice. Stir the mixture until sugar dissolves completely. Peel a watermelon, remove the seeds and cube the watermelon. Transfer it to a blender and whip until smooth. Add the lemon mixture to the mass and mix. Pour the prepared juice into glass tumblers. Refrigerate the juice for a while. Decorate it with mint twigs before serving.
