Piglet with horseradish

This dish is a perfect solution for a feast table. This dish will be especially evaluated by those who like tender meat with spicy sauce.


  • 1 kg of piglet
  • 1.5 kg of potatoes
  • 1 tbsp of wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp of dairy butter
  • 200 g of horseradish
  • 2 tbsp of vinegar
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 2 cups of broth
  • cloves – to taste


Boil pork in unsalted water. Then salt the broth. Cool pork and cut it into pieces. Pour the pork with the sauce.


Grate horseradish and fry it on preheated dairy butter. Add cloves and vinegar. Stir the mass and cook it until vinegar evaporates on 3/4 of its amount.

Brown flour slightly, dissolve it in the broth, stir the mixture and add sour cream. Then boil the mxiture over medium heat thoroughly. Salt it and filter. Add the horseradish, boil everything for some time more. At the end dress the sauce with oil.
