Ingredients: 200 g boiled beetroot 100 g pickled herring fillet 100 g curd cheese parsley skewers / tooth picks Cooking Cut herring fillet into medium pieces. Ingredients: 10 slices of brown bread (square form) 10 pieces of soft-salted salmon 5 eggs butter/cream cheese 1/2 lemon spring onion – to taste dill twigs red/black caviar Cooking Grease the slices of brown bread with butter or cream cheese.
