Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 apple
- 150 g (5 oz) sugar
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
- 60 g (2 oz) dried fruits
- 50 g (8 tbsp) wheat flour
- 250 g (1/2 lb) cottage cheese
Cooking
Grate cottage cheese. Cut dried fruits finely. Peel and grate and apple. Then add eggs, flour, sugar, dried fruits, and apple. Stir to combine. Shape the balls from the prepared mass.
Preheat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the cheese cakes until golden and crispy.
