Scrambled Eggs with Sausage, Bell Pepper, and Spring Onion


This omelet is flavorful, rich, and very tasty.

This is a great recipe for those who want to have tasty breakfast and have only 20 minutes of time.

The preparation of these scrambled eggs will not take much of your time.

One more advantage of this recipe is that you can substitute the ingredients.

For instance, you can use ham or bacon instead of sausage. You can substitute bell peppers with champignons. Here you are free to make experiments.


  • 4 eggs
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 200 g (7 oz) sausage
  • 100 g (3,5 oz) hard cheese
  • 1/2 bunch of spring onion
  • vegetable oil (for frying)
  • black ground pepper – to taste
  • salt – to taste


Wash bell peppers, cut them in halves, and remove the seeds. Chop the bell peppers. Dice sausage and combine it with bell peppers. Preheat vegetable oil and fry the ingredients slightly.

Grate hard cheese. Rinse and cut spring onion finely. Add the cheese and onion to the frying pan.

Beat and whip the eggs. Pour the egg mass above the ingredients in the pan. Cover the lid and cook the scrambled eggs until done.
