Apple Kompot

Summer is the wonderful time of the year when you can enrich your body with various vitamins. Here is the recipe for an amazingly refreshing and healthy apple drink.

Ingredients:

  • 600 g (21 oz) apples
  • 1,5 l (liter) of water
  • 1/2 cup of sugar

Cooking

Rinse apples thoroughly. Then chop the fruits. Place the apples in a pan and pour them with cold water. Bring the water to boil. Then add sugar, stir to combine, and continue to cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Let the kompot cool and then put it in a fridge. Serve this apple kompot chilled.
