Eggs Stuffed with Turkey Spread

  • 5 eggs
  • 200 g (7 oz) turkey spread
  • fresh lettuce leaves – to taste


Cook hard-boiled eggs. Cool the eggs and cut them into halves. Chop the yolks finely and mix them with the turkey spread thoroughly. Stuff the egg halves with the prepared mass. Arrange rinsed lettuce leaves on a serving plate and transfer the eggs there.

You may serve these eggs with sliced sausage or ham.
