Cooking

At first we’ll cook the dough for our sausage mushroom pizza. Sift 455 g (16 oz) of flour carefully and put it in a pan. Add sugar, salt, and dry yeast. Mix all the ingredients. Pour in warm water and olive oil. Stir the ingredients with the help of a spoon. Then continue to knead the dough with hands. Add the remaining 45 g (1,5 oz) g of flour. The dough should be soft and shouldn’t stick to your hands. Cover the dough and leave it in a warm place for half an hour.

Let’s cook the filling. Dice boiled sausage and smoked sausage. Peel and rinse champignons. Slice the mushrooms and put them in a frying pan. Peel and wash a bulb onion. Cut it into semi-circles and mix with the champignons. Add sunflower oil, salt the ingredients and brown them. Let them cool.

Cut some piece of the dough to roll it in the shape of an oval. Repeat the procedure till you use all ingredients. Transfer the dough to a baking tray greased with olive oil. Spread tomato paste or tomato sauce above the dough evenly. Mix smoked sausage and boiled sausage together. Arrange them above the dough. Then add the layer of mushrooms, spreading it evenly. Season the ingredients with paprika and grated coriander. Top our pizzas with grated cheese. Bake them at 250°C (482°F) for 15-20 minutes. Serve sausage and mushroom pizzas hot.
