Ingredients:

  • 500 g of apricots
  • 8 eggs (white of an egg)
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 0.1 g of citric acid
  • 1 tsp of dairy butter
  • 1 tbsp of ground breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp of caster sugar
