Though okroshka is a Russian soup, it refers to Slavic cuisine and Ukrainian love and cook it a lot, so we've decided to share the recipe. Holodnik (cold soup with tomatoes)

This summer soup is akin to Spanish gazpacho or Russian beetroot soup. However the Ukrainian recipe doesn’t contain beetroot and cucumbers.
