Cream jelly with strawberries and currants

Ingredients: 4 glasses of cream 25 g of gelatin 70 g of fortified wine 0.5 g of vanillin 1.5 glass of sugar 60 g of (wild) strawberries 60 g of currants Cooking Soak gelatin in cold water, then dissolve it in 3 tbsp of warm water.
