Ingredients: 90 g of gooseberries 600 g of water 90 g of sugar syrup 30 g of starch Cooking Wash gooseberries, place them in a pan and pour boiling water above. Dissolve sugar in hot water and pour the mixture to the pan. When the berries become soft, dissolve starch in cold water and add it. Boil kissel, stirring it slowly.
