Kozuli – are ritual cookies made of rye / wheat flour. These cookies were often baked in the form of cows, sheep, horses. The sweet treat was presented to the relatives and carolers. Kozuli were also hung as a protective amulet at home. Along with that the pastry was used for fortunetelling during Christmastide.
