Ingredients: 1 kg pike fillet 300 g fresh lard 1 big bulb onion 2 tbsp semolina 2 tbsp sunflower oil 1 egg dried breadcrumbs / rolled oats for breading salt – to taste ground black pepper – to taste Cooking Scale the fish and cut it into slices.
