Apricot pinnyk (soufflé)

Pinnyk – is a kind of soufflé. This dessert is aerial and flavoured. Ingredients: 500 g of apricots 8 eggs (white of an egg) 1 glass of sugar 0.1 g of citric acid 1 tsp of dairy butter 1 tbsp of ground breadcrumbs 1 tbsp of caster sugar Cooking Wash apricots, take out stones, put the fruits in a pan and pour them with water.
