Bacon, cheese and mustard open-faced sandwich

Ingredients: 4 slices of white bread 4 slices of bacon 4 slices of cheese 4 tsp of dairy butter 1tsp of mustard red ground pepper - to taste spring onion/parsley/dill – to your taste Cooking Take a slice of bread and grease it with mustard. Place a slice of cheese above. Slice bacon and brown it slightly. Arrange the prepared bacon stripes above the sandwich.
