Watermelon ice-ream



  • 1 big and sweet watermelon
  • 500 g sugar
  • 10 eggs


Peel the watermelon and remove the seeds. Grate the pulp through the sieve. Make a syrup from sugar and eggs. Combine the syrup and watermelon. Boil the ingredients over medium heat and whip the mass continuously until it thickens. Then freeze the ice-cream.
