Cake “Kyivskyi”

  • 10 whites of the egg
  • 3 tbsp of sugar
  • 3 tbsp of flour
  • 1 tbsp of starch
  • 1 1/2 glass of nuts
  • 300-400 g (10,5 - 14 oz) dairy butter
  • 1 tin of condensed milk
  • 15 g (1/2 oz) cocoa
  • 10 ml of cognac
  • 1 package of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g (7 oz) chocolate
  • sunflower oil

Froth whites together with sugar. Add flour, starch and chopped nuts (each nut should be divided approximately into 4 parts). You may use walnuts or hazelnuts, the choice depends on your taste. Mix the ingredients properly.

Put baking paper in a piepan and grease it with sunflower oil. Spread the dough evenly in the piepan. The layer thickness should be no more than 1.5-2 cm. Place the pan in an oven and bake for 20 minutes. Repeat the procedure until you use the prepared dough. Cool the baked crusts and set them aside for a while.

Whip dairy butter until puffed and fluffy. Add vanilla sugar, cognac and condensed milk. Mix the ingredients properly.

Grease each crust with the prepared cream and arrange them one above another. Top the cake with grated chocolate.

Enjoy your meal!
