  • 150 g (5 oz) canned beans
  • 250 g (1/2 lb) ground pork

Cooking

Peel and wash a bulb onion. Chop it finely. Preheat vegetable oil and brown the onion. Add ground chicken and ground pork. Mix everything carefully and cook until half-done, stirring the mass continuously. Then season the meat with black ground pepper and salt.

Grease a baking tray with dairy butter. Arrange 1 lavash bread there. Then add some grated hard cheese above. Transfer the prepared meat and onion (without liquid). Then add canned sweet corn and beans (draining liquid beforehand). Cover the ingredients with the remaining cheese and chopped parsley. Put the second lavash bread above.

Bake the dish in the preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes. Cut the starter into wedges and serve it at once (it is tasties when the melted cheese is hot).
