Apple Cinnamon Pie


Apple pie is one of those comforting dishes that generally evoke memories to togetherness, hearth and home.

The scrumptious pie we are going to bake today is the perfect idea for a family party. This apple pie is infused with cinnamon and packed with apples sweetened with sugar. It delivers amazing flavor you’ll not be able to resist. Bake it once and it will become a crowd favorite. All your relatives will go nuts for this apple dessert.


  • 3 eggs
  • 5 apples
  • 1 tsp leaven
  • 200 g (7 oz) sugar
  • 450 g (16 oz) flour
  • 250 g (1/2 lb) dairy butter
  • cinnamon – to taste


Whip eggs with sugar. Melt dairy butter and add it to the eggs, stirring the mass continuously. Sift flour and combine it with leaven. Stir in the flour to the egg mass, continuing to mix everything. Knead the dough. Take 1/3 of the dough, put it in a plastic wrap, and place in a freezer for 40 minutes.

Grease a baking tray with dairy butter. Arrange the dough there and make crimping edges.

Wash, peel, and chop apples finely. Combine them with 2 tbsp of sugar and cinnamon. Put the apples above the dough.

Take the dough from the freezer, roll it, and cut into stripes. Form the grill with the help of stripes. Bake the pie at 190°C (374°F) for 45 minutes.
