Apple dumplings


  • 3 glasses wheat flour
  • 1/2 glass milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 10 apples
  • 1 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt


Peel apples and remove the seeds. Slice the fruits. Combine them with milk, whipped with sugar eggs, and salt. Add flour to this mass gradually. Knead the dough.

Take this mass with the help of a spoon, shape the “balls” and dip them in boiling salted water. Boil the dumplings until the apple stuffing absorbs the surrounding dough.

Serve with sour cream.
