Apricot sauce



  • 1 kg apricots
  • 500 g sugar
  • 5 g citric acid
  • 1 g vanillin
  • 20 g starch


Wash apricots, peel the fruits and remove the stones. Powder them with sugar and leave for 4 hours until the juice appears. Boil the apricots over low heat. Then add vanillin and citric acid. Mix the mass and grate it through the sieve. Then add starch dissolved with water and bring the sauce to boil. Cool and whip it.
