Ingredients:
- 3 kg pork
- 700 g buckwheat
- 150 g dairy butter
- 100 g bulb onion
- 6 eggs
- 100 g liver
- salt – to taste
- black ground pepper – to taste
Cooking
Boil buckwheat, add slightly fried bulb onion, boiled cut eggs, liver, salt, and pepper. Mix everything properly. Stuff the pork with the cooked filling and bake it in the oven. Slice the cooked pork into portions. Pour the meat with melted dairy butter before eating. Serve the dish with vegetables.
