Here is the recipe for a nourishing and yummy salad. The preparation does not take much of the time.
In addition, this salad can become the decoration of any festive table.
The mix of beef with fresh and pickled vegetables is winning.
Canned corn brings the salad sweetness, fresh cucumber crunchiness, and red beans – piquantness.
- 1 fresh carrot
- 1 tin of red beans
- 300 g (10,5 oz) beef
- 3 tbsp of canned corn
- 1 fresh medium cucumber
- 8 little pickled cucumbers
- sour cream – to taste
Wash beef and boil it in salted water until done. Cube the meat. Wash a carrot, then cool, peel, and dice it. Cut marinated cucumbers into circles. Wash and peel a cucumber. Cut it into medium pieces. Combine all the prepared ingredients. Add red beans and canned corn. Dress the salad with sour cream. Mix everything carefully.
