Crispy apples together with bright and sweet beet make a perfect salad combination.
The recipe is time-saving and very simple. It might become useful for vegetarians and for those who want to have a light veggy snack. Eat health food!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 apples
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 beetroots
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt – to taste
Cooking
Peel a lemon and squeeze juice into a jar. Boil beetroots, peel and slice them. Wash and shred apples. Toss the ingredients in a bowl. Add sugar and salt. Dress the salad with the lemon juice and vegetable oil. Stir everything carefully and let stand for 10 minutes.
