Boiled meat with sour cream

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of beef/veal
  • 1/8 of bulb onion
  • 1 pat of carrot
  • 1 tsp of dairy butter
  • 1 tbsp of sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp of salt solution
  • parsley

Cooking

Put meat in the boiling water. Add cut parsley. Boil over medium heat. Slice boiled meat and mince it. Peel and grate bulb onion. Bring to boil water in a pan. Add dairy butter, meat, sour cream, salt solution, and onion. Boil and stir thoroughly.
