Carrot, Apple, and Banana Smoothie

If you want to start your day healthy and get the energy you need, then you should try this delicious smoothie. It is not only delicious but also very healthy. The drink includes fresh apples, bananas, and carrots. To make the smoothie more useful, we will use a ginger root. In addition, fresh mint leaves will add some refreshing flavor to our drink.

Spent 15 minutes in the kitchen and the nourishing and yummy smoothie will be done.

Ingredients:

  • 3 carrots
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 green apples
  • several mint leaves
  • 2-inch piece of ginger root

Cooking

Wash carrots and green apples. Dice them and place in a juicer. Squeeze the juice. Peel a 2-inch piece of ginger root and grate it. Peel bananas and slice them. Add the ginger and bananas to the prepared carrot-apple juice. Stir the mixture and transfer it to a blender. Whip the ingredients until smooth. Serve the drink at once.
