Cheese jelly with apricot juice


  • 300 g of cheese
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 2/3 tbsp of gelatin
  • 1.5 glass of water
  • 1/2 glass of apricot juice
  • salt – to taste
  • vanillin – to taste


Soak gelatin in cold water. Then pour it with boiling water. Dissolve the gelatin properly and filter through the sieve. Press cheese, grate it through the sieve also. Add sugar, vanillin, salt, and apricot juice. Mix the ingredients. Continue to mix them and pour the dissolved gelatin gradually. Cool jelly and pour it in the dessert bowls. Place in the fridge and serve in a couple of hours.
