Cheese soup with shrimps


  • 150 g shrimps (without shell)
  • hard cheese
  • 200 ml cream
  • 50 g flour
  • 500 ml vegetable broth
  • dill
  • salt – to taste
  • black ground pepper – to taste


Boil shrimps and peel them. Fry the flour slightly on the frying pan. Add broth, salt, pepper, and cheese. Boil the ingredients for 5-7 minutes. Stir them thoroughly. The cheese should melt completely. Then add cream. Pour the soup into a soup plate, add shrimps, dill, and some grated cheese.
