Chicken rolls under cheese sauce


  • 200 g chicken sirloin
  • 3 slices of ham
  • 3 slices of hard cheese
  • 2 processed cheese triangles
  • (it΄s better to use spicy cheese)
  • 3 tbsp fat sour cream / cream
  • 1 cucumber
  • 200 g cauliflower
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 tomatoes
  • salt – to taste


Wash vegetables properly and let them dry. Then wash chicken sirloin and dry it also.

Slice ham and cheese into pieces sirloin-size. Place ham and then cheese on each piece of sirloin. Roll them. Cover the rolls with foil. Dip them in boiling water, salt, and boil for 10-12 minutes over low heat. Then take out the rolls from the broth. Do not let them cool.

Slice processed cheese and place it in sour cream or cream.  Melt cheese on the water bath. Do not let it cool.

Boil cauliflower and peeled carrot in salty water. Cool the vegetables.

Slice cucumber and tomatoes.

Place chicken sirloin, 1-2 pieces of the boiled vegetables and fresh vegetables on the plate. Pour the meat with cheese sauce.
