Chicken steak with apples


  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 2 apples
  • 100 g dairy butter
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp apple juice
  • salt – to taste
  • black ground pepper – to taste


Cut fillets into portions. Melt dairy butter and fry the steaks until they get golden color. Then place the meat in a deep stewing pan. Slice the apples and fry them. Pour apple juice and fry until the liquid lessens twice. Add cream and stew the ingredients. Add apples and juice to the chicken. Then add salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients and serve.
