Chocolate cake without eggs

Do you have mood for baking and have no eggs? Then this recipe is just for you! This moist and tender cake is egg-free and very easy to bake.

The recipe for this cake is time-saving. At first you will need to mix the ingredients in two separate bowls, then combine them together and pour into a baking tray. That’s all! You can put your cake in an oven and have a little rest.

In 40 minutes you’ll get a soft and spongy cake with a coffee kick that is guaranteed to satisfy your chocolate craving.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp soda
  • 200 ml water
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1,5 cups of flour
  • 200 g sugar (7 oz)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100 ml condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp dry coffee extract
  • 55 g (2 oz) dark chocolate
  • vanillin – to taste

Cooking

Combine flour, salt, soda, and cocoa powder in a bowl. Stir the ingredients.

Mix vegetable oil, sugar, dry coffee extract, lemon juice, and water in a separate bowl. Whip the mass with a mixer until the sugar dissolves completely. Add the mixture to the first bowl and whip everything carefully until smooth.

Preheat an oven to 180°C (356°F). Grease a baking tray with dairy butter and top with some flour. Pour the batter into the tray and bake the cake for 40-45 minutes.

Let the cake cool a little and transfer it to a serving plate. Top the cake with condensed milk and grated chocolate.
