This rich cake will impress everybody at your Sunday party. It is unbelievably moist and tender. This cake has a luscious milk and caramelized milk filling as well as hazelnut and white and black chocolate frosting. Its flavor goes for miles!

This dessert tastes great with a nice cold cup of milk or with some milky smoothie. Though, you will enjoy this cake even on its own.
- 50 ml cream
- 200 ml fresh milk
- 200 g (7 oz) sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 200 g (7 oz) crackers
- 4 tbsp melted chocolate
- 100 g (3,5 oz) hazelnuts
- 300 g (10,5 oz) dairy butter
- 400 g (14 oz) powdered milk
- 100 g (3,5 oz) black chocolate
- 100 g (3,5 oz) white chocolate
- 400 g (14 oz) caramelized milk
Cut crackers and add 100 g (3,5 oz) of dairy butter and melted chocolate. Mix all the ingredients properly. Cover a baking dish (diameter – 20-25 cm) with parchment paper. Transfer the prepared mass there and make the borders of the cake with the help of the prepared mass. Place the baking dish in a fridge for some time.
Let’s cook the filling. Combine fresh milk, 200 g (7 oz) of dairy butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Bring the mass to boil. Then let it cool. Add powdered milk gradually and whip the mixture with the help of a blender until smooth. Pour half of the prepared mixture in the baking dish. Pour the caramelized milk above. Then pour the remaining filling. Place the cake in a fridge to let the filling cool.
Cut hazelnuts. Chop white and black chocolate into medium pieces. Combine them with cream and melt everything for 2 minutes. Combine the melted chocolate with the nuts. Let the mass cool.
When the filling is set, pour the prepared chocolate topping above. Place the cake in the fridge for 3 hours more.
