Cream puff


  • 8 whites
  • 0.5 glass of caster sugar
  • 0.1 vanilla stick
  • 400 g of nuts


Whisk whites stiffly. At the end of beating add caster sugar mixed with vanilla and ground nuts. Knead the pastry and pour with spoon cakes on a baking tray greased with butter. Bake over medium heat for 20 minutes. Powder with ground nuts and serve.
